Tell us about your business, what you do, and you serve.
We serve clients in residential real estate helping them purchase and sell their home. Commercial real estate with business owners and investors purchasing, selling and leasing commercial properties. And residential, commercial and HOA property management.
What inspired you to start your business?
Initially I started my career in real estate because it provided the opportunity as an entrepreneur to start my own business. And as my career progressed, I realized as a business owner myself all the other aspects of helping others be successful through real estate.
What do you love most about what you do?
Helping business owners with their commercial real estate needs and helping our team members improve their lives the be the best they were created to be.
If you could share one piece of advice with an aspiring business owner, what would it be?
Wake up every day with the desire to serve others and help them get what they want. And focus on your strengths and what you do well and get help from other people that are good at what they do.
How do you measure success?
By the impact I have on others to create leaders within my own business and to show others to do the same.
What is the most important thing about your industry right now, and what changes do you forsee for your industry in the future?
To not get caught up in the hype about interest rates and to continue to focus on the core strengths of your business or life that builds a strong foundation to weather the ups and downs of any economy.
